CUBA CUBA SANDWICHERIA is the newest member of our family. We opened CUBA CUBA Café & Bar in the Golden Triangle area of Denver, in 2001. Having spent many years focused on that one location, we felt it was time to launch a new idea, with the same unique, Cuban soul. We have creatively reproduced the unique & authentic flavors from CUBA CUBA & thoughtfully created a way to prepare & serve it casual & quick. CUBA CUBA has had its mind set on opening in Boulder for several years. We are featuring our authentic sandwiches such as the cubano, pan con bistec, pan con lechon & have added some newer items such as the boulder cuban. Along with the sandwiches, we offer some of our basic entrees such as the picadillo, lechon, bistec palomilla & pollo a la plancha - all served with rice & beans. Most of our plates are gluten-free & a gluten-free hoagie is available for the sandwiches. We also have a designated gluten free fryer for our delicious plantains & fries. The sandwich shop will continue with CUBA CUBA’s tradition of sharing our cuisine & culture with Boulder. We promise to deliver the true taste of Cuba as only we know how.
